- Abstract: This document describes a pragmatic approach on how to migrate an
organisation computer system towards a new system that could evolve forever,
addresses the whole organisation and it is integrated.
Governance aspects are as important, if not more, than purely technical IT
aspects: human resources, call for tenders, and similar. Migration implies that
one is not starting from a green field.

We are working on migrating Microsoft Access monolithic applications to the web front-end and producing back-end.
To enable the developers to drive the migration to the target systems, we propose an Interactive, Iterative, Tooled, Rule-Based Migration approach.

We introduce the notion of an information transition system for the internal system.
An information transition system is viewed as a filter and a policy or plan is viewed as a function that labels the states of this information transition system.
We establish, in a general setting, that minimal information transition systems exist up to reasonable equivalence assumptions.

Chat systems powered by large language models (LLMs) emerge and rapidly become a promising direction to achieve artificial general intelligence (AGI)
But the path towards AGI in computer vision (CV) remains unclear.
We imagine a pipeline that puts a CV algorithm in world-scale, interactable environments, pre-trains it to predict future frames with respect to its action, and then fine-tunes it with instruction to accomplish various tasks.

This map reframes existing discussions around accountability and transparency, using the principle of traceability to show how, when, and why transparency can be deployed to serve accountability goals.

Reuse is a common system architecture approach that seeks to instantiate a system architecture with existing components.
There is currently no framework that guides the selection of necessary information to assess their portability to operate in a system different than the one for which the component was originally purposed.
We present ongoing work on establishing an interface description template that captures the main information of an AI-enabled component.
