- Abstract: We investigate the structural and dynamical properties of a class of quantum channels on von Neumann algebras induced by averaging over operator groups via the Pettis integral. Utilizing the classical Yosida--Hewitt decomposition, we focus on the interplay between the set-theoretic properties of the underlying space and the topological nature of the resulting quantum states. We establish a suffucient condition under which a channel preserves $σ$-additivity and exhibits a singularizing property, completely suppressing the normal component of any incoming state. In conjunction with the theory of Ulam real-valued measurable cardinals, this framework reveals a novel phenomenon: the existence of quantum channels that transform normal states into singular yet strictly $σ$-additive states. Furthermore, we analyze the structural constraints on the preservation of state purity imposed by the cardinality of the continuum, and extend our constructions to invariant measures on groups and their unitary representations, establishing the convergence of their Cesàro averages in the strong operator topology.

In quantum mechanics, a fundamental minimal length is encoded through deformations of the Heisenberg algebra, leading to the Generalized Uncertainty Principle (GUP)<n>We show that the canonical equivalence among their standard characterizations is generically lost in the presence of a minimal length.<n>We then investigate the dynamical and semiclassical consequences of this inequivalence by comparing the evolution of generalized coherent states with that of states saturating the GUP.

We show that expressive variational ansatze enter a Haar-like universality class in which both observable expectation values and parameter gradients concentrate exponentially with system size.<n>As a consequence, the hypothesis class induced by such circuits collapses with high probability to a narrow family of near-constant functions.<n>We further show that this collapse is not unavoidable: tensor-structured VQCs, including tensor-network-based and tensor-hypernetwork parameterizations, lie outside the Haar-like universality class.

Three notions are often assumed to be essentially equivalent, representing different facets of the same phenomenon.
We analyze them in general Friedmann-Lemaitre- Robertson-Walker space-times through the lens of geometric structures on the classical phase space.
The analysis shows that: (i) inflation does not play an essential role; classical behavior can emerge much more generally; (ii) the three notions are conceptually distinct; classicality can emerge in one sense but not in another.
