- Abstract: In this work, the non-relativistic wave equation via the Schr\"{o}dinger wave
equation under the influence of the Aharonov-Bohm flux field Subject to
physical potentials of various kinds is investigated. These potentials are
modified Coulomb potential, modified harmonic oscillator potential, the
Kratzer-Feus potential, and the Mie-type potential which have wide applications
in different branches of physics and chemistry. We solve the Schrodinger wave
equation using the Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) method and obtain the energy profiles
and the wave function of the non-relativistic particle, and analyze the effects
of potential and the quantum flux on them. We show that each non-relativistic
energy level gets modified in comparison to the known results obtained in the
literature.

Our analysis reveals that the interaction between the particle and the current induces a non-zero toroidal dipole in the particle's stationary states.

A quantum simulation of magnetism in trapped-ion systems makes use of the crystal vibrations to mediate pairwise interactions between spins.
These interactions can be accounted for by a long-wavelength relativistic theory, where the phonons are described by a coarse-grained Klein-Gordon field.
We show that thermal effects, which can be controlled by laser cooling, can unveil this flow through the appearance of thermal masses in interacting QFTs.

We investigate the quantum motions of non-relativistic particles interacting with a potential in the presence of the Aharonov-Bohm flux field.
Our findings reveal that the eigenvalue solutions are significantly influenced by the topological defect characterized by the parameter $beta$.
This influence manifests as a shift in the energy spectrum, drawing parallels to the gravitational analog of the Aharonov-Bohm effect.
