- Abstract: A Dicke state and its decohered state are invariant for permutation. However, when another qubits state to each of them is attached, the whole state is not invariant for permutation, and has a certain asymmetry for permutation. The amount of asymmetry can be measured by the number of distinguishable states under the group action or the mutual information. Generally, the amount of asymmetry of the whole state is larger than the amount of asymmetry of the added state. That is, the asymmetry activation happens in this case. This paper investigates the amount of the asymmetry activation under Dicke states. To address the asymmetry activation asymptotically, we introduce a new type of central limit theorem by using several formulas on hypergeometric functions. We reveal that the amounts of the asymmetry and the asymmetry activation with a Dicke state have a strictly larger order than those with the decohered state in a specific type of the limit.

The resource theory of asymmetry (RTA) is a resource-theoretic framework for investigating asymmetry as a resource to break constraints imposed by symmetries.
We show that the quantum geometric tensor is an asymmetry monotone for pure states that determines the optimal approximate conversion rate.
We also affirmatively prove the Marvian-Spekkens conjecture on reversible convertibility in RTA, which has remained unproven for a decade.

interplay between symmetries and entanglement in out-of-equilibrium quantum systems is currently at the centre of an intense multidisciplinary research effort.
We show that one can introduce a class of solvable states, which extends that of generic dual unitary circuits.
In contrast to the known class of solvable states, which relax to the infinite temperature state, these states relax to a family of non-trivial generalised Gibbs ensembles.

In quantum theory, if a state set has a certain symmetry, there exists a minimum-error measurement having the same type of symmetry.
We show that it also holds in OPTs, i.e., for a symmetric state set, there exists a minimum-error measurement that has the same type of symmetry.
It is also shown that this result can be utilized to optimize over a restricted class of measurements, such as sequential or separable measurements.

We consider a task in which classical information is encoded into a quantum system by an operation restricted by symmetry.
Our focus is on whether the capacity of an asymmetric state can be strictly larger than that of any symmetric states.
We prove that superdense coding is implementable if and only if the unitary representation of the symmetry is non-Abelian and reducible.
