- Abstract: The analysis of government proposal during elections from political parties
is vital to choose the next authorities in any city or country. In this paper,
we use a text mining approach to analyze the documents and provide an easy
visualization to support an easy analysis. Besides, a comparison with a
national plan based on sustainable development objectives of UN(United Nations)
from 2030 Agenda is perfomed using Natural Language techniques.

We introduce coalition negotiations as a novel NLP task, and model it as a negotiation between large language model-based agents.
We introduce a multilingual dataset, POLCA, comprising manifestos of European political parties and coalition agreements over a number of elections in these countries.
We propose a hierarchical Markov decision process designed to simulate the process of coalition negotiation between political parties and predict the outcomes.

Large Language Models (LLMs) have opened new avenues for assessing generated content quality, e.g., coherence, creativity, and context relevance.
We propose a coherent taxonomy for organizing existing LLM-based evaluation metrics, offering a structured framework to understand and compare these methods.
By discussing unresolved challenges, including bias, robustness, domain-specificity, and unified evaluation, this paper seeks to offer insights to researchers and advocate for fairer and more advanced NLG evaluation techniques.

Recent AI governance research has focused heavily on the analysis of strategy papers and ethics guidelines for AI published by national governments and international bodies.
Subnational institutions have also published documents on Artificial Intelligence, yet these have been largely absent from policy analyses.
This is surprising because AI is connected to many policy areas, such as economic or research policy, where the competences are already distributed between the national and subnational level.
