- Abstract: Entanglement witnesses (EWs) are a fundamental tool for the detection of
entanglement. We investigate the inertias of bipartite EWs constructed by the
partial transpose of NPT states. Furthermore, we find out most of the inertias
of the patial transpose of the two-qutrit bipartite NPT states. As an
application, we extend our results to high dimensional states.

We study the structure of entanglement witnesses (EWs)
Exploiting the concept of mirrored EWs, we show, in contrast to the conjecture, that there exist pairs of optimal EWs.
Since we show that the structure also extends to higher dimensions, our results reveal a further structure of entanglement witnesses.

Entanglement -- the coherent correlations between parties in a quantum system -- is well-understood and quantifiable.
Despite the utility of such systems, methods for quantifying high-dimensional entanglement are more limited and experimentally challenging.
We present a novel certification method whose measurement requirements scale linearly with dimension subsystem.

Reinforcement learning in partially observed Markov decision processes (POMDPs) faces two challenges.
It often takes the full history to predict the future, which induces a sample complexity that scales exponentially with the horizon.
We propose a reinforcement learning algorithm named Embed to Control (ETC), which learns the representation at two levels while optimizing the policy.
