- Abstract: Quantum synchronization has been a subject of intensive research in the last decade. In this work, we propose a quantum Li\'enard system whose classical equivalent features two limit cycles to one of which the system will converge. In the quantum case, both limit cycles coexist in a single steady state. Each of these limit cycles localizes to a distinct phase if coupled to an external drive: one quantum state can thus be assigned two phases. Furthermore, coupling two such oscillators leads to the simultaneous appearance of synchronization and a synchronization blockade. To shed light on this apparent paradoxical result, we introduce finer measures of quantum synchronization.

It is often conjectured that quantum synchronisation and entanglement are two independent properties which two coupled quantum systems may not exhibit at the same time.
We show that in the presence of the cavity-oscillator coupling, these oscillators can be synchronized in the quantum sense and entangled as well.

Dual-unitary circuits are a class of locally-interacting quantum many-body systems.
In particular, they admit a class of solvable" initial states for which, in the thermodynamic limit, one can access the full non-equilibrium dynamics.
We show that in this case the entanglement increment during a time step is sub-maximal for finite times, however, it approaches the maximal value in the infinite-time limit.
