- Abstract: Recent experiments with identically tuned nested Mach-Zehnder interferometers
which attempted to observe the location of particles inside these
interferometers are analyzed. In spite of claims to the contrary, it is argued
that all experiments support the same surprising picture according to which the
location of the particles inside the interferometers is not described by
continuous trajectories.

- Separating a particle's mass from its momentum [0.0]
The counterintuitive result has been obtained that a neutron is measured to be in one place without its spin, and its spin is measured to be in another place without the neutron.
A generalization of this effect is presented with a massive particle whose mass is measured to be in one place with no momentum, while the momentum is measured to be in another place without the mass.

We propose an interferometric setting through which N-particle interference can be observed, while any interference of lower orders is strictly suppressed.
We experimentally demonstrate this effect in a four-photon interferometer, where the interference is nonlocal, in principle.
A joint detection of all four photons identifies a high-visibility interference pattern varying as a function of their collective four-particle phase, a genuine four-body property.

We show that the interpretation of [1] having detected a n-OAM is incorrect for several serious reasons and point out inconsistencies.
There was no need to assume an additional n-OAM because no additional effect was observed that could not be explained by standard theory.

A pair of interferometers can be coupled by allowing one path from each to overlap such that if the particles meet in this overlap region, they annihilate.
We show that phase-coupled interferometers exhibit the same apparent paradox as the annihilation-coupled interferometers, though in a curiously dual manner.

We study the small, of the size of the order of the wavelength, interferometer with the main mode excited by a quantum field from a nano-LED or a laser.
We find the field and the photon number fluctuation spectra inside and outside the interferometer.
Results help the study, design, manufacture, and use small elements of quantum optical integrated circuits.

Their interference signal is dominated by the matter's coupling to gravity and the dilaton.
We discuss effects from light propagation and the dilaton on different atom-interferometric setups.

We discuss the coherent splitting and recombining of a nanoparticles in a mesoscopic Stern-Gerlach interferometer.
We calculate the internal decoherence which arises as the displaced impurity excites internal degrees of freedom.
We find that for a wide range of masses, forces and temperatures, phonons do not inhibit Stern-Gerlach interferometry with micro-scale objects.

We investigate, in a four photon interference experiment in a laser-written waveguide structure, how symmetries control the suppression of many-body output events of a $J_x$ unitary.
We show that totally destructive interference does not require mutual indistinguishability between all, but only between symmetrically paired particles.

This paper describes an experiment with pre and post selected photons going through nested Mach-Zehnder interferometers.
They find that some of the mirrors leave no footprints on the signal and interpret this as evidence that the photon skipped these mirrors.
They argue that the experiment supports Aharonov-Vaidman's formulation of quantum mechanics citeAharonovVaidman where post-selected particles are assigned disconnected trajectories.
