- Abstract: The Everett interpretation of quantum mechanics divides naturally into two
parts: first, the interpretation of the structure of the quantum state, in
terms of branching, and second, the interpretation of this branching structure
in terms of probability. This is the first of two reviews of the Everett
interpretation, and focuses on structure, with particular attention to the role
of decoherence theory. Written in terms of the quantum histories formalism,
decoherence theory just is the theory of branching structure, in Everett's
sense.

- The Evolution of the Bell Notion of Beable: from Bohr to Primitive
Ontology [0.0]
John S. Bell introduced the notion of beable, as opposed to the standard notion of observable, in order to emphasize the need for an unambiguous formulation of quantum mechanics.
I show that Bell formulated in fact two different theories of beables. The first is somehow reminiscent of the Bohr views on quantum mechanics but, at the same time, is curiously adopted by Bell as a critical tool against the Copenhagen interpretation.
I consider how the distinction between the two formulations of the Bell theory of beables fares vis-a-vis the complex relationship between the theory of beables and the details of the Primitive Ontology

We also show the existence of a structure of quantum composite system such that non-orthogonal states in the structure are perfectly distinguishable.

We develop a symmetry-inspired approach to describe physics from the perspective of quantum reference frames.
We show that the operationally meaningful perspective dependent descriptions are given by Darboux coordinates on the constraint surface.
We conclude by constructing a quantum perspective neutral structure, via which we can derive and change perspective dependent descriptions.

Two particles are identical if all their intrinsic properties, such as spin and charge, are the same.
Quantum mechanics is seen as a normative and algorithmic theory guiding an agent to assess her subjective beliefs represented as (coherent) sets of gambles.
We show how sets of exchangeable observables (gambles) may be updated after a measurement and discuss the issue of defining entanglement for indistinguishable particle systems.

Branching processes are identified as chance processes, and the squares of branch amplitudes are chances.
Since branching is emergent, physical probability is emergent as well.

Three notions are often assumed to be essentially equivalent, representing different facets of the same phenomenon.
We analyze them in general Friedmann-Lemaitre- Robertson-Walker space-times through the lens of geometric structures on the classical phase space.
The analysis shows that: (i) inflation does not play an essential role; classical behavior can emerge much more generally; (ii) the three notions are conceptually distinct; classicality can emerge in one sense but not in another.

Bell's experiment description assumes the (Quantum Mechanics-language equivalent of the classical) condition of Locality.
This result is complementary to a recently published one demonstrating that non-Locality is necessary to describe said experiment.
It is concluded that, within the framework of Quantum Mechanics, there is absolutely no reason to believe in the existence of non-Local effects.
