- Abstract: The relationship between gravitational anomalies and Hawking radiation of black holes was revealed by Wilczek and Robinson. In this study, we apply their method to an analogue de Sitter spacetime in the quantum Hall system with an expanding edge. Because this system is chiral, there is no need to impose the condition of ingoing modes near the horizon, which was assumed in the original method. Moreover, this system is structured so that the de Sitter space is sandwiched between two flat spaces, and although the effects of the anomaly would not appear in an ordinal de Sitter spacetime, they manifest themselves as boundary conditions between the de Sitter and the flat regions. By performing calculations under these boundary conditions, we obtain the flux of Hawking radiation in the outer flat region with the Gibbons-Hawking temperature of the de Sitter horizon.

We identify the non-Bloch topological phase diagram of a one-dimensional (1D) non-Hermitian system without chiral symmetry.
We find that such topological invariants can distinguish topologically distinct gapped phases.
Our work provides a useful platform to study the interplay among topology, symmetries and the non-Hermiticity.

This article aims to explore the definition and fate of Hawking partners in black hole scenarios.
We derive the form of the partners, accounting for the effects of back-scattering.
We find that Hawking partners cannot "leak" out of the dynamical horizon to partially purify the Hawking radiation in the regime where general relativity coexists semiclassically with quantum field theory.

An AdS eternal black hole in equilibrium with a finite temperature bath presents a Hawking-like information paradox.
The replica wormhole cures this paradox by introducing a non-trivial entanglement wedge for the bath after Page time.
We explicitly analyse the theory dependence of this non-perturbative effect by randomising the boundary conditions of some bulk matter fields.

It is done by making use of the conventional null-geodesic approach wherein the associated Hawking radiation is described as a quantum tunneling process across a classically forbidden barrier which the event horizon imposes.
An interesting aspect of our result is that our estimate for the tunneling probability is independent of the non-Hermitian parameter that defines the guiding Hamiltonian.
