- Abstract summary: We discuss the concepts of physical reality imposed by quantum mechanics, the role of the observer, prediction limits, a definition of collapse, and how to deal with correlated states.
The discussion is carried out within the framework of accepting that there is in fact nothing important missing, rather we are just restricted by the limitations imposed by quantum mechanics.

- Abstract: Why does such a successful theory like Quantum Mechanics have so many
mysteries? The history of this theory is replete with dubious interpretations
and controversies, and yet a knowledge of its predictions, however, contributed
to the amazing technological revolution of the last hundred years. In its very
beginning Einstein pointed out that there was something missing, due to
contradictions with the relativity theory. So, even though Quantum Mechanics
explains all the nanoscale physical phenomena, there were many attempts to find
a way to "complete" it, e.g. hidden-variable theories. In this paper, we
discuss some of those enigmas, with special attention to the concepts of
physical reality imposed by quantum mechanics, the role of the observer,
prediction limits, a definition of collapse, and how to deal with correlated
states (the basic strategy for quantum computers and quantum teleportation).
That discussion is carried out within the framework of accepting that there is
in fact nothing important missing, rather we are just restricted by the
limitations imposed by quantum mechanics. The mysteries are thus explained by a
proper interpretation of those limitations, which is achieved by introducing
two interpretation rules within the Copenhagen paradigm.

quantum mechanics [0.0]
It has been argued that the difficulty in understanding quantum theory is our failed attempt to force onto it a wrong conceptual scheme.
Many thinkers have suggested that we must surrender to the fact that our physical world is one of immanent powers and potencies.
However, if on the one hand a potentiality puts the accent on the processes of change, responsible for the incessant shifts between actual and potential properties, on the other hand it does not tell what these changes are all about.

De Regt's contextual theory of understanding argues that recognizing qualitatively characteristic consequences of a theory T without performing exact calculations is a criterion for scientific understanding.
If the task of understanding quantum mechanics has been finished already, there would be a conflict between the contextual theory of understanding of quantum mechanics and interpretations of quantum mechanics.

Quantum measurement is a fundamental concept in the field of quantum mechanics.
Despite its significance, four fundamental issues continue to pose significant challenges to the broader application of quantum measurement.
We employ a new space-time approach to relativistic quantum mechanics to address these issues systematically.

It seems to me the "paradox" has little to do with the physical world.
For me, the concept of a quantum state is far more restrictive than required.
